RKL Worlds

Overview

In 2023, I launched RKL Worlds as a personal venture to transition from service-based development to product creation and e-commerce. After developing and validating our MVPs with real customers, we needed a robust platform to bring our products to market — and I built it myself from the ground up.

My Contribution

As the sole developer, I designed and launched a fully functional e-commerce website with a wide array of features designed to handle everything from product discovery to post-purchase engagement.

1. Product listings, variations, and advanced stock management

2. Secure payment gateway and seamless checkout experience

3. Wishlist, cart, product compare, and customer reviews

4. Affiliate and influencer marketing panel

5. Discount & promotion system, blog integration, and user dashboards

6. Full media and content management

7. Advanced shipping setup, automated tax calculations, and responsive design

All hosted on Hostinger, with WordPress as the CMS and WooCommerce + Elementor for customization, using the GoStore theme with several advanced plugins.

Outcome & Learnings

RKL Worlds is now run by my family, but the development process gave me deep hands-on experience in end-to-end e-commerce architecture, UX thinking, scalable backend design, and real-world customer flows. It’s one of the most complex and rewarding projects I’ve built solo.
