Overview

In 2022, while in the second year of my Diploma in Computer Engineering, I co-founded DevelopUs.tech — a student-led IT agency — with a team of six passionate friends. Our mission was to deliver digital solutions for small businesses and startups, entirely driven by our learning and enthusiasm.

My Contribution

I was responsible for developing the official website, handling everything from domain purchase to deployment. Initially hosted on DreamHost, we later migrated to Hostinger for better performance and scalability.

Built the website on WordPress, enhancing it with custom-coded elements to ensure both uniqueness and functionality.
Experimented with various premium and customizable themes/plugins to create a smooth and professional user experience.
Managed DNS, hosting configurations, and basic SEO to keep the site live and optimized.

Outcome & Learnings

Although acquiring clients proved to be a challenge and the agency is no longer active, DevelopUs.tech remains live as a testament to our initiative and teamwork. This project taught me the real-world challenges of tech entrepreneurship, from client acquisition to delivering scalable digital products under constraints.
